HOW PRIVATE COACHING WORKS

 
 

I partner with a select number of individual clients every year. We work together for 3 months at a time with the intention to truly make-over their lives.

If you and I were to work together, here’s what that would look like. →


During our initial conversation, we'll explore which package makes the most sense to help you achieve your goals.

Step 1: visioning

We’d define your personal vision for wellness and delete roadblocks on the path to your goals. I’ll also make specific health recommendations based on your unique physiology.


Step 2: planning

Together, we’ll identify new habits and thoughts that allow you to show up as the best version of yourself. We’ll build a customized plan with fun and easy steps that allow you to create the life you truly desire.


Step 3: action-taking

Fired up by your vision, with your plan in hand, you’ll get to work changing your life. I’ll act as a partner who keeps you accountable, in flow, and on track as you upgrade your routines, habits, and lifestyle.

 
 

Who this is for:

Private coaching with the Hart + Soul Method is for women who are willing to ask for support and commit to transformation.

When you are ready to invest your time, energy, and money in consciously upgrading your life, remarkable shifts can occur.


Who this isn't for:

Growth means getting uncomfortable. If you aren’t ready to get out of your comfort zone and change your behaviors and habits, this process won’t work for you.

You’ll need to commit to doing the work, following through on using the tools you’re provided, and creating the time and space to create the life you say you want.

My 3-month coaching program is the easiest, most comprehensive way for you to make long-term lifestyle and mindset changes. During this program, we’ll meet on a regular basis via video calls to ensure you feel fully supported and engaged.

Each consultation is unique but typically includes:

  • One 55-minute consultation and 30-minute follow-up call

  • A deep-dive health history review to identify the root cause of your current issues 

  • A realistic assessment of the potential short-term outcomes you can expect

  • A basic framework of health and lifestyle changes to help you get started 

  • A shortlist of educational resources to support you moving forward

Classes + Cooking Workshops

Do you run a women’s group or host virtual get-togethers on a regular basis? Are you planning a party or event for you and a group of girlfriends?

Let’s work together to curate a fun, unique, and healthy cooking class or workshop tailored specifically to your group!

During my classes, I provide real-time cooking demonstrations and teach basic recipes. You and your friends join from the comfort of your kitchens, and we’ll cook and eat together. (If you’re local to Charlottesville, I offer in-person classes as well.)

When women get together to have a good time while exploring the joyful side of healthy eating, it opens up a world of conversations you might never have otherwise. I’ll be prepared to guide and support anyone who wants to share health challenges or get basic tips for transforming their lifestyle through wellness.

Everyone feels closer and more connected when good food, laughter, and delight are on the menu. I can’t wait to share a cup of tea or glass of wine with you and see where the party goes.
