Easy Banana Nice-Cream

Ingredients:

2-3 frozen bananas, sliced for ease of blending

A few splashes of your favorite full-fat milk (coconut, almond, raw cow’s milk, etc)

Generous pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips/chunks, nut butter, coconut shavings, dried fruit, nuts, berries, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Add add ingredients to blender with a splash of milk.

  2. Blend on high for a few minutes, scraping the sides of blender to ease the process.

  3. Enjoy immediately as “soft serve” style or freeze for 3+ hours for firmer ice cream. Store in a covered container, and set out on counter for 20-30 minutes before serving.
