Coco Mushroom Pops (aka Upgraded Fudgesicles)

Ingredients:

1 can full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk

1/3 cup raw cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1 tablespoon Host Defense 7 Mushroom Blend

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Optional immune booster: 1 tsp of turmeric powder

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and combine.

  2. Pour liquid into BPA free or stain-less steel popsicle molds and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

  3. Enjoy!
